As part of the Texas State Broadband Initiative grant program (SBI) planning grant, Connected Texas conducted an assessment of the broadband landscape in the state of Texas in 2010.

This report aims to spark discussion across multiple broadband stakeholders on key policy goals and strategies to expand and enhance broadband opportunities for all Texans.
